Everybody loves anything old-fashioned and traditional and this unique sweet potato pie recipe is no exception. two cups sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and boiled, stick melted butter, two eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 cups white sugar, 1 cup milk, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 9-inch pie crust, teaspoon salt,
Pre-heat the oven to 350 F and set up your electric mixer to prepare your pie filling.
Within your electric mixer, bring in the potatoes, 1 cup of sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, salt, and also each of the seasonings. Blend for approximately a minute, then increasingly pour the milk and then keep mixing.
Prepare your pie crust, gently pour in the filling and disperse

Dust with granulated sugar.
Bake again for 10 minutes or until frosting appears delicate brown. Remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve in single slices.
