Ingredients:
1 Cup SR Flour
1 Cup White Sugar
3 Tablespoons Margarine (melted)
3 Heaped Tablespoons Cocoa
2 Eggs
½ Cup Milk
Method:
1. Sift Flour and Cocoa into large mixing bowl
2. Mix remaining ingredients
3. Beat by hand until bubbles form in mixture
4. Line a 20cm Cake tin with Baking paper
5. Pour Mixture into tin
6. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 mins until crisp on top
