Classic Sweet Potato Pie Recipe

Steps in Making
With a big saucepan, stir in your cubed sweet potatoes, fill with water, and then let it boil over medium-high heat or for about 20 to 40 minutes until finally sweet potatoes are tender.
Empty water from saucepan and then proceed with mashing your sweet potatoes utilizing any potato masher or even just a fork.
Pre-heat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
Set up a big mixing bowl and an electric mixer with the paddle attachment.
