Ingredients:

1 Cup SR Flour (sifted)
½ Cup White Sugar
60g of Butter (melted)
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup Dried Currants
1 Egg

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Beat by hand until bubbles form in mixture
3. Line a 20cm Cake tin with Baking paper
4. Pour Mixture into tin
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 mins until crisp on top
